Rubi Rose
Rubi Rose Benton was born in Lexington, Kentucky on October 2nd 1997. Her parents were Nardos Ghebrelul (her mother, who was an Eritrean dental surgeon from the country of immigration who was born in Ethiopia) and John Benton (her father) Lawyers from Japanese, African American, and European descent. Her father was an adoption child. There is an older sister who is named Scarlette and a younger sister named Coral. 2 As a young child, she was baptized as an Orthodox Christian. [better sources needed] She lived in Geneva, Switzerland for one year. Following her junior year at high school, she relocated to Atlanta. Brookwood High School was her high school located in Snellville. She competed in track. She studied political science at Georgia State University. She grew up listening to Prince, Michael Jackson, Biggie, Marvin Gaye and Chaka Khan. She's been influenced by Megan Thee Stallion, Cardi B, Nicki Minaj, and Foxy Brown. Rose became famous as the principal model of hip-hop group Migos the music video for their single "Bad and Boujee". In the year following, she started regularly featuring on the Twitch stream along with Jamaican-born East Coast Hip Hop Commentator DJ Akademiks. Rose began her career as a musician in the month of September in 2018, when she remixed "On Top" which was a track from Playboi Cari. Her single "Big Mouth" her popularity grew in 2019. Rose appeared in Cardi B's music clip for "WAP" by American rapper Cardi B. The video was released on August 7, 2020. A&R Chris Turner signed her to the record label of LA Reid Hitco Entertainment in 2019. Rubi is also recognized for her high-profile relationships. Rubi has been with Travis Scott, Ian Connor and Soulja Boy. She is currently single.
