Anna Silk was born at St. Thomas University in Fredericton in New Brunswick, Canada. She is the daughter of Peter Silk - an academic and Ilkay Silk, an accomplished actress, writer, director and producer. Her father is from Britain and her mother is the "Turkish ex-pat from Cyprus who is now living in England." Anna's early memories include attending play rehearsals and observing her mother at work. She appeared in many commercials when she was a child. Anna relocated to Toronto in order to help her acting develop. Later, the actress was able to move to Los Angeles. Seth Cooperman and Anna met in Los Angeles in 2007, during an actor's training. They became engaged in 2009 when they were married. Anna changed her religion to Judaism in the month of January, 2011, and then they re-wed during the Jewish wedding ceremony in Fredericton. Bo and Lauren's love story (played Zoie Palmer by Bo) has been featured on CNN's all-time favorite TV couples list.
